Justin Firestone

Justin FirestoneJustin Firestone is a true pioneer and proven leader in the private jet industry. Prior to Founding Firestone Management Group, Justin served as President for Hawker Beechcraft Corporation. His responsibilities included the daily management of the company's Asia-Pacific sales and marketing efforts as well as overseeing Hawker Beechcraft's regional after-market service and support, ensuring its diverse customer base of corporations, charter operators, governments and individuals received nothing short of a world class ownership experience.

Prior to joining Hawker Beechcraft, Firestone had long established a name for himself throughout the private jet industry both in Asia and in the United States. Most recently, in 2007 Firestone founded Asia Jet where he served as CEO of this regional leader in the private jet card industry.

A Florida native, Firestone permanently relocated to Asia from 2007 thru 2010 bringing his unique aviation industry knowledge and experience of the private jet industry to the Far East.

Prior to founding Asia Jet in 2007, Firestone spent six years as a Senior Executive with Marquis Jet, a wholly owned subsidiary of NetJets. A portfolio company of Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE: BRKa), NetJets has a diversified fleet of more than 800 aircraft, over 7,500 highly trained employees and experienced pilots and a reputation for the safest and most secure private aviation travel solutions in North America, Europe and the Middle East. During his 6 years with Marquis Jet, Firestone built a customer list that was a veritable Who's Who of business, sports, and entertainment personalities. His client roster also encompassed some of the most successful companies and people in the world.

Prior to Marquis Jet, Firestone had served as a Director with eBizJets, now branded as Sentient Jet, the industry leader in charter brokering. During Firestone's tenure at eBizJets, they became a Credit Suisse First Boston Private Equity portfolio company.

As an acknowledged industry expert, he is frequently quoted in consumer and industry publications worldwide and has gained a reputation as a key player in assisting high net worth individuals with their private aviation needs. He is often consulted by industry leading investment banks, such as UBS, on the health of the private jet market. In 2012, Firestone became a Founding Member of the National Aviation Hall of Fame Advocacy Council and currently serves as its Chairman.

Firestone has received many awards and accolades through his first decade in private aviation. He has been named by Elite Traveler Magazine's short list as one of the select "Leaders in Luxury", featured in a USA Today cover story, named by Sports Illustrated as one of the "Top 30 Marketing Executives in America" and most recently became a 2011 award recipient of the Miami Herald's prestigious "40 under 40 award".

In addition to his considerable aviation experience and expertise, Firestone has built an extraordinary stateside career in the professional sports industry holding various positions with the Phoenix Suns of the NBA, Miami Heat of the NBA and the National Football League. In 2006, he became a minority owner of the Arizona Diamondbacks MLB franchise.

Firestone received degrees in both Communication and Business from Arizona State University.

Justin Firestone, his wife Natalie and three children currently reside in Miami where they are actively involved in many local and international charities.
